Souschef Partnership

Hey everyone!

I wanted to say thank you to the incredible Souschef for agreeing to sponsor me and send me these fabulous ingredients to play with for my recipes. I was really touched that so early on in my food work people were interested in collaborating and I was really eager to try different cheffy ingredients haa!

The one I particularly loved was the truffle oil that they sent, I was able to use that in my Holliday food and I mentioned that here. The blueberry ghost pepper sauce was an amazing smash and the flavored olive oils were really amazing, particularly the chili as you guys can tell I’m a spice head.
