Tofu Breakfast Scramble

The simplest egg alternative is a tofu based scramble, and it’s ideal for toast at breakfast or a snack!
Ingredients
Firm Tofu
Black Sulphur Powder
Turmeric
Onion Salt
Pepper
Nutritional Yeast
Vegan Butter Alternative
Cooking Time
All you do with this recipe, is crumble the tofu into the pan, and pretty much go with how much you fancy eating lol! It’s not at all difficult, just use a fork to break it up over a medium heat. Then add a large dessert spoon of butter, and melt into the tofu, it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it for the texture. Then add half a tsp of turmeric, a tsp of onion salt, a tsp of nutritional yeast, pepper to season and a quick sprinkle of black sulphur powder. It creates a really delicious egg like taste!
After about 5 minutes you can add some more butter or you can have as you fancy, on some toast or alone. I had some home made hot sauce and chives, it was totally worth it!
