I was really interested in connecting with some plant based chefs, and when I saw Sal’s intuitive cooking style and beautiful vegan dishes, I had to ask her to be a part of Agitprop Interviews. It was awesome to talk through some cultural and spiritual reasons why food makes such a big impact on us. I was really happy when we discussed how our grandmothers had both influenced our favourite recipes and it was an amazing chat.
