Ginger Cheescake Pots

 

Hey guys!

So I wanted to make some desserts in little pots and I thought it would be super easy to combine things I had for other recipes, in new ways. So I combined some vegan ginger cookies, some leftover ingredients for my chocolate brownie recipe here, and some vegan yogurt! Simple, easy and fantastically delicious.

Ingredients

  • Ginger biscuits

  • Left Over Brownie Mix

  • Icing Sugar

  • Cocoa Powder

  • Vegan Yogurt

So it’s simple smash up some ginger biscuits, you can add coconut oil to bind them or just leave as they are. We’re going to bake them for a bit so it’s not essential as they kind of just set the texture as opposed to holding the shape of a larger dish.

Next, use about 50% of the recipe I popped for my chocolate brownie, you pour that in and I had some leftover from that mix, and popped them in the oven for about 14 minutes at 200c.

Finally when they’re cool, whip up some yogurt, some cocoa powder or some vegan cream and icing sugar, I did both and then swirled them in the pot. Easy!
